PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable terminal device which can support a liquid crystal display unit having a large weight certainly, and is easy to detach the liquid crystal display unit when the device is dismantled. SOLUTION: A housing space of electronic parts is formed by a main case 20 in which a first plate metal member 21 having a perforated engaging hole 21a is integrally formed with a resin material 22 by mold formation, and a second plate metal member arranged on the back of the main case 20. A frame part 22a is formed with the resin material 22 in an outer edge part of the first plate metal member 21. A liquid crystal display unit 26 is attached to the front of the main case 20 by a first double-sided adhesive sheet, and an engaging pawl 26b erected on the back is engaged with the engaging hole 21a for attachment.
