<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation unit capable of joining metal cases together through a soft adhesive layer and improving durability as a fuel cell stack, and a fuel cell stack consisting of such a power generation unit. <P>SOLUTION: In the power generation unit 1 including a cell inside a metal case 2 consisting of a first metal plate 3 and a second metal plate 4, fuel gas and oxidized gas are separated as well as a flat plate part of the second metal plate 4 functioning as a conductive passage is separated as an electric conductive plate 4e to electrically insulate from an outer frame part 4b being as an adhesive site between power generation units. By laminating a plurality of such power generation units 1, metal cases 2 are adhered with each other with the use of fully-soft metal wax material to make a fuel cell stack. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
