<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subtitle sending device that can automatically reedit a subtitle material inserted in a broadcasting program when broadcasting frames are changed or when the program is rebroadcast. <P>SOLUTION: Original subtitle material data are once registered in a storage part 14.
