<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an installation cost and an operation cost in a solvent recovering facility, and to promote energy conservation further. <P>SOLUTION: In the solvent recovering facility including a cooling and recovering part 5 condensing a solvent vapor contained in a gas G to be treated for separation and recovery from the gas G by primarily cooling through heat-exchanging the gas G containing the solvent vapor with cooling water W fed from a cooling tower 23 in a primary cooler 8, and by secondarily cooling through heat-exchanging the gas G after primary cooling with a heat medium C for secondary cooling of a temperature lower than that of the cooling water W in a secondary cooler 10, a reheater 11 lowering the relative humidity of the gas G by heating the gas G after secondary cooling, and an adsorbing and recovering part 15a separating from a gas G' to be treated a solvent vapor left in the gas G' heated in the reheater 11 through adsorbing it into an adsorbing agent X, a recooler 9 is installed between the primary cooler 8 and a secondary cooler 10 in the air flowing route of the gas G, and a heat medium circulating passage 27 for recovering cold which circulates a heat medium Na for recovering cold is installed between the reheater 11 and the recooler 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
