<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum thermal-insulating material capable of suppressing heat conduction being conducted through an exterior material so-called heat bridge phenomenon, and maintaining heat-insulating effect for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: In the vacuum thermal-insulating material 6 the inside of the exterior material 7 is sealed hermetically under reduced pressure by covering a core material 8 with a gas-barrier exterior material 7. The exterior material 7 is formed by successively piling up a protection layer 9, a metal foil layer 10, and a heat fusion bonding layer 12 using an adhesive 12. The metal foil layer 10 has a recessed part 13 which is relatively thin, and a projection 14 which is relatively thick. Since the recessed part 13 and the projection 14 are placed in at least a heat insulating part of the vacuum thermal-insulating material 6, heat is suppressed from being horizontally conducted through the metal foil layer 10 in the heat insulating direction of the vacuum thermal-insulating material 6 so that the vacuum thermal-insulating material 6 can be improved in the heat insulating effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
