摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workload on a person in charge of customer management information at a contact center and to improve convenience of the contact center. <P>SOLUTION: A database processing part 311 stores user information including at least a plurality of contact address information used for making contact with a customer, for each customer. A degree-of-usage processing part 308 calculates degree of usage including frequency of using a plurality of contact address information used for making contact with a customer to be processed respectively with reference to the user information, and recording the calculated degree of usage in association with the contact address information of user information about the customer. A high-degree-of-usage information extraction procession part 309 extracts the contact address information in descending order of the degree of usage recorded by the degree-of-usage processing part 308 with respect to the customer to be processed.
