<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating device and an evaluating method that can measure a power generation efficiency distribution, and a method of manufacturing a solar cell that uses them. <P>SOLUTION: The evaluating device for the solar cell includes a light source 14 which emits light to irradiate the solar cell 12, a light shield plate 13 with a slit for converting the light irradiating the solar cell 12 from the light source 14 into linear light, a driving unit 18 which directs the linear light to the solar cell 12 to a different direction, a current detector 16 which detects the output of the solar cell 12, and a processing unit 17 which calculates the power generation efficiency distribution of the solar cell 12 based upon the detection result of the current detector 16 when the linear light is directed to the different direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
