PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication without lowering output voltage that is originally used by an apparatus and without causing communication abnormality even though noise occurs in a communication path. SOLUTION: When prescribed control is executed, electric energy required for the control is predicted, when a change amount of electric energy predicted when the prescribed control is executed is equal to or more than the preset threshold, communication is held if communication is executed so as to prevent the execution of communication with a storing means by a communicating means from overlapping the execution of the control, the control is performed after inhibiting reception, and the communication is restarted after the control finishes (step S101 to S108).
