<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a urea water tank while providing conventional thawing performance by simplifying the urea water thawing device of the urea water tank. <P>SOLUTION: This urea water tank having a urea water thawing device comprises: a cooling water pipe 6 which is fixed to a top cover 2 for closing an opening in the upper surface of a box-shaped tank body 1, allows an inlet 6a and an outlet 6e formed in the top cover 2 to communicate with each other through a U-shaped folded part 6c in the tank body 1, and allows engine cooling water for heating urea water to flow into a pipe; and a thawing box 5 which is positioned at the bottom of the tank body 1, made of plates, formed in a generally box shape having a slit allowing the urea water to pass therethrough, and surrounds the suction port 7a of a suction pipe 7 for feeding the urea water to a urea SCR system and the ends of sensors. The cooling water pipe 6 extends downward from the inlet 6a and the outlet 6e, bends and horizontally extends near the bottom of the tank body 1, and reaches at the folded part 6c formed in the thawing box 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
