PURPOSE: An activated power water manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to change and decompose tap water by using oscillating waves due to natural frequency of a hexagonal container and energy. CONSTITUTION: An activated power water manufacturing device comprises the following: a main body(61) formed with a hexagonal container of which top and the bottom are closed; a door(65) installed on the top of the main body; a drain(64) installed on the bottom of the main body; an inlet(63) installed on the top of the main body; and a valve(73) installed on the side bottom of the main body. An insulating material is installed on the bottom and the top of a wall inside a cover part(62). A waterproof layer is formed on an inner side of a mixed material layer.
