PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep connection of a fixed contact and a bolt in a stable state while reducing transfer of heat of the bolt to the fixed contact side. SOLUTION: A switch part S has a structure in which a movable contact 22 displacing with excitation of an electromagnetic control part E, and a first fixed contact 26 which is fixed on a switch chamber R formed on a brush holder stay 6 of a motor part M and which the movable contact 22 contacts and separates from are provided, a shaft part 28 of a conductive terminal bolt 28 is made to penetrate through a section on which the first fixed contact 26 of the switch chamber R is fixed toward an outside and contact a battery power source, an annular projection rib 28d positioned at a shaft part 28b outer diameter side is formed at a head part 28a of the terminal bolt 28, and the projection rib 28d is made to abut on the first fixed contact 26 to establish connection.
