<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the excellence of the appearance of a fastening part so as to make an occupant feel that a seat cover at the fastening part is continuous in a flat state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fastening structure of the seat cover includes: a male member 31 to which the end edge 22a on one side of an opening 22 is sewn; and a female member 41 which is provided with a female part 45 to which the male member 31 is inserted and fitted together, and to which the side end edge 22b on the other side of the opening 22 is sewn. When the male member 31 is inserted and fitted to the female part 45, the pull-out support position T1 on one side of one seat cover 21A extending from the end edge 22a on one side is adjacent to the pull-out support position T2 on the other side of the other seat cover 21B extending from the end edge 22b on the other side. The female part 45 is formed with an insertion inclination angle θ1 inclined to a pulling direction M on the other side to be pulled out from the pull-out support position T2 on the other side of the other seat cover 21B.
