<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparatively inexpensive muscular strength training apparatus which is foldable and convenient to carry, is easily used for training not only strength of the back muscles and that of the abdominal muscle together but also that of the back muscle at home, in an office, and an athletic club, or the like, and is useful for eliminating lumbago. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The muscular strength training apparatus includes: a base 1 with a fixed amount of capacity, whose surface 1a is inclined so as to support the lower half body of a human body; and ankle holders 2 arranged in both side lower parts of the lower inclination side of the base 1.
