The module has a case (1) in which communication units e.g. high frequency radiocommunication unit, permitting communication with a motor vehicle are housed. The case includes a reception housing (60) for receiving an extractible memory (9) i.e. Flash memory card, where the memory stores data associated to functioning of the vehicle. The case includes a reversible fixation unit (10) for fixing the memory in the case. The case includes a protrusion part (13) for receiving a universal serial bus type inlet-outlet connector (12) for accessing the data.
