The system has an actuator (24) controlled by rotation speed of one of low pressure and high pressure rotating bodies of a gas turbine engine. The actuator has a mobile actuating unit whose displacement permits actuation of equipments of the engine. A disengaging unit is placed between the actuator and one of the equipments for disengaging the actuator from the equipment, when an actuating range of the equipment exceeds.
