<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser desorption ionization mass spectrometer analysis having high quantitative performance, by reducing a disturbance peak originating in an ionization accelerator, by preventing scattering of unwanted ionization accelerator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device for mass spectrometer analysis is used for a laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry of measuring the mass spectra of ionized material to be analyzed. This device has a micro-structure layer, having a plurality of recessed micro-structures, and the opening width of an opening in the recessed micro-structures is set to be smaller than the structure width of the recessed micro-structures.
