<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like fibrin glue adhesive which is excellent in hemostatic effects and adhesion to tissues. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet-like fibrin glue adhesive comprises a bioabsorbable support to which a fibrinogen is fixed as an active ingredient and a bioabsorbable support to which a thrombin is immobilized as an active ingredient. A nonionic surfactant is added to the fibrinogen-immobilized support, and thereby it gets the excellent hemostatic effects and adhesion to tissues and can adhere to tissues on both faces, so that it can be suitably used for reparation of a great vessel in surgery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
