PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a waveform not including unregulated frequency components with a circuit of a smaller scale.

SOLUTION: A basic waveform buffer 209 stores two or more kinds of information relating to a basic waveform which is a waveform not including unregulated frequency components. A basic waveform reading control part 208 reads two or more pieces of the information relating to the basic waveform stored by the basic waveform buffer 209. A waveform generation part 210 combines the pieces of information relating to the basic waveform read by the basic waveform reading control part 208 to generate the waveform.
