<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logistics delivery system with which a sender and a receiver of a cargo check a delivery state of the cargo on real time and a delivery company surely delivers the cargo. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The logistics delivery system includes a sender terminal device, a receiver terminal device, the small communication means attached to the cargo for transmitting positional information of the cargo obtained from a GPS satellite or a base station and the logistics state control server for storing cargo information correlating the cargo and its positional information and transmitting it to the sender terminal device or the receiver terminal device. The logistics state control server generates first and second authentication keys correlated with the cargo and transmits the fist authentication key to the small communication means and transmits the second authentication key to the receiver terminal device. In addition, the logistics state control server obtains a third authentication key which is transmitted by the small communication means based on an operation of a deliverer of the cargo and a fourth authentication key which is transmitted by the receiver terminal device based on an operation of the receiver and determines whether the first authentication key is the same as the third authentication key or not and whether the second authentication key is the same as the fourth authentication key or not.
