PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable load valve which is miniaturized and capable of ensuring a fail-safe function. SOLUTION: The variable load valve 21 comprises a pressure-regulating valve 50 capable of outputting the pressure corresponding to the variable load pressure in a full load condition, a pilot pressure sensor 52b, a solenoid valve 52 which is capable of executing the air supply and exhaust, and regulating and outputting the pressure output by the air supply and exhaust of the pressure output from the pressure-regulating valve 50 based on the detected value of the pilot pressure sensor 52b, and an output valve 51 in which the pressure output from the solenoid valve 52 is input as the pilot pressure. The output valve 51 has an empty vehicle guarantee spring 51d for generating the pressure corresponding to the variable load pressure in an empty condition, and is capable of output the total pressure of the pressure corresponding to the variable load pressure in an empty condition by the urging force of the empty vehicle guarantee spring 51d and the pilot pressure as the variable load pressure according to the detected value of the sensor for detecting the pressure of an air spring.
