<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core which obtains a vibration controlling effect by a damping alloy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The stator core 11 is provided with: an annular fixed portion 12; and a plurality of teeth 13 extending along a diameter direction from the fixed portion 12. The stator core 11 is formed by laminating a plurality of core sheets 21 comprised of the damping alloy. As the damping alloy constituting the stator core 11 converts vibration energy into thermal energy, vibration of the stator core 11, which is incident to rotation of a rotor 51, is controlled.
