<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation wire with a terminal which has hardly corruption and buckling of stranding of a conductor at the time of electrical connection of the conductor of an insulation wire and a terminal, and is superior in jointing strength since a sufficient torque and thrust are added to the conductor, and its manufacturing method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The insulation wire with the terminal 10 is manufactured by forming a molten solidified portion 18 by melting and solidifying the end part of a conductor 16 after exposing the conductor 16 at the end part of the insulating wire 12 and by rapidly revolving a terminal 14 with the molten and solidified portion 18 and the terminal 14 in pressurized contact, and by friction welding the molten solidified portion 18 and the terminal 14. At this time, the molten solidified portion 18 and the terminal 14 can be also friction welded by adhering a low-melting point metal such as tin and solder to the contact face 14a of the terminal 14 with the molten solidified portion 18.
