<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems of a conventional needle pressing and pulling out tool: (1) the needle pressing and pulling out tool must be held in a different way when being used as the part to press the needle and the part to pull out the needle are provided at the front and the back of the needle pressing and pulling out tool in different directions respectively; and (2) the needle can be dropped to the floor or mixed with textile after or while it is used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This is a needle pressing and pulling out tool of a size to be gripped in a palm having a shape in which two protrusions, a first pillar protrusion (2) and a second pillar protrusion (3), which are almost parallel to a plate body (1) are provided. A first pin hole (4) and at least two second pin holes (5) and (6), into which the heads of needles are inserted respectively, are provided at the tip part of the first pillar protrusion (2) and at the side face of the plate body (1).
