PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bandgap reference voltage circuit having an excellent power supply voltage variation rejection ratio independently of the variation of a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A voltage supply circuit 51 prevents a power supply voltage V5 from depending on the variation of a power supply voltage Vdd. A voltage (V3-V2) with the positive temperature coefficient, generated across a resistor 41 does not depend on the variation of the power supply Vdd, because it is on the basis of the power supply voltage V5 rather than the power supply voltage Vdd.
