MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE INNER PARTS FOR VEHICLE USING MOTHER OF PEARL

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an automobile interior material using mother-of-pearl is provided to prevent mother-of-pearl ornaments from being separated from a base material by attaching the mother-of-pearl ornaments using urethane water-soluble adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an automobile interior material(20) using the mother-of-pearl comprises following steps. A base material is manufactured by injection-molding ABS resin. The ABS resin is mixed with the color paint. Urethane aqueous adhesive(23) is spread on the single-side of the mother-of-pearl ornaments(22). The base material and the mother-of-pearl ornaments are coupled by attaching the surface coated with the urethane aqueous adhesive.
