<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in the manufacturing cost and manufacturing period of an air-conditioner of a battery case for an electric car. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioner has a plug hole 49 formed in a battery case 13 in which a battery 17 for an electric car 10 is built in, a vehicle side duct 18 for communicating the inside 11 of a car with the outside of the car, a case side duct 19 for communicating the outside of the vehicle with the inside of the battery case 13, and a connection plug 29 having a hollow section which is fitted in the plug hole 49 and connected to the vehicle side duct 18. The connection plug 29 is integrated with the case side duct 19, and has the outside diameter d<SB>51</SB>larger than the inside diameter d<SB>49</SB>of the plug hole 49.
