PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device to which intrusion of water is hardly allowed even if being used in a severe environment in contact with muddy water. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device 1 for supporting a wheel 1 comprises a seal device 7a including a metal core 31 fitted to an outer ring 4, a slinger 32 fitted to the inner ring 3 and an elastic member 33 installed to the metal core 31 and slidingly contacting with the slinger 32. Further, the slinger 32 is equipped with an inner diameter side cylindrical part 37 which is externally fitted to the outer peripheral side of the inner ring 3 and an outside circular ring part 38 bent outwardly in the diameter direction from the outside edge of the inner diameter side cylindrical part 37, and is an annular member with a nearly L-shaped cross section. A screw groove 8 is formed on at least one of a contact part (i.e., the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 3) with the slinger 32 in the inner ring 3 and a contact part (i.e., the inner peripheral surface of the inner diameter side cylindrical part 37) with the inner ring 3 in the slinger 32.
