<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which supplies cooling liquids of various temperatures from a plurality of supply pipes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cooling device 1 includes a first storage tank 4 and a second storage tank 5, a first supply pipe 7 for supplying the cooling liquid to a first cooled object 2 from the first storage tank 4 through a cooler 6, a first recovering pipe 8 for recovering the cooling liquid after heat exchanger to the second storage tank 5, a second supply pipe 9 for supplying the cooling liquid to a second cooled object 3 from the second storage tank 5, a second recovering pipe 10 for recovering the cooling liquid after heat exchange to the second storage tank 5, and a branch pipe 21 connected with the second supply pipe 9 from a section at a downstream side of the cooler 6, of the first supply pipe 7. An electric three-way valve 22 is disposed on a joining section A connected with the branch pipe 21 of the second supply pipe 9, and a second temperature controller 24 controls driving of opening/closing motion of the electric three-way valve 22, to adjust a mixing ratio of the cooling liquid supplied to the joining section A from the branch pipe 21 and the cooling liquid supplied to the joining section A from the second supply pipe 9 to adjust a temperature of the cooling liquid supplied from the second supply pipe 9.
