<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of accurately and quickly arranging a gasket in its manufacturing process in comparison with the conventional one. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A level difference of a thickness of a reinforcing member 407 is formed at a position where the gasket 408 is to be arranged by forming an opening through the reinforcing member 407 for reinforcing a flexible base board 27. The gasket 408 applied as an EMI measure can be accurately and quickly arranged since the position of arranging the gasket 408 becomes clear by making the level difference play a role of a mark upon arranging the gasket 408, and manufacturing capability and product quality of a note PC 1 can be improved.
