<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and firmly fix a lens to a lens barrel, and also, to downsize the lens barrel in an imaging module. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The plastic lens 3 is fixed to the lens barrel 5 with adhesive 8 applied between the chamfered part 32d of a flange part 32 and the inner surface of the lens barrel 5. Accordingly, the plastic lens 5 is easily fixed. Besides, when the adhesive 8 applied between the chamfered part 32d of the flange part 32 and the inner surface of the lens barrel 5 is hardened to function as a wedge interposing between the chamfered part 32d and the lens barrel 5, then, the plastic lens 3 is firmly fixed to the lens barrel 5. Besides, even when assembling a plurality of plastic lenses 2 and 3 in the lens barrel 5, it is unnecessary to increase the outside diameter of the plastic lens 3 to be assembled later, then, the lens barrel 5 is downsized.
