Ž<P>SOLUTION: At least one of an object-side surface 12A and an image-side surface 12B is divided into a plurality of regions (a first region 12C, a second region 12D, a first region 12E and a second region 12F) with concentric circles of different size each including an optical axis in the center, the plurality of regions (the first region 12C, second region 12D and first region 12E, and second region 12F) are formed in different aspherical shapes and are each made different in focal lengths.
