<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight or a semi-airtight door unit installed between wall panels which form an entrance/exit, in a room such as an anti-biohazard room and a regeneration treatment facility in which a variation in pressurization is suppressed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The width d of the gap between a door end surface 16a and a door frame 18 when a door is closed is equal to or larger than the thickness D of a wall panel 12b.
