PURPOSE: A magnetic domain refining apparatus of an electric steel plate, a magnetic domain refinement method, and the electric steel plate processed with magnetic domain refinement are provided to reduce the production cost by simply repair and maintain the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic domain refining apparatus(100) of an electric steel plate(2) comprises laser irradiation units(6,7), switch mirrors(10,11) and scan mirrors(12,13). The laser irradiation units radiate laser beams(8,9). The switch mirrors change the transmit direction of the laser beam radiated from the laser irradiation units and transmits by turn. The scan mirrors scan the laser beam transmitted from the switch mirrors and radiate the laser beam to the electric steel plate. |
