PURPOSE: A reflectance enhancement material is contained in the solar battery and manufacturing method thereof silver back contact electrode. The reflectivity of the back contact electrode is improved. CONSTITUTION: The solar battery comprises the light former conversion layer(100), and the first electrode(300) and the second electrode(400). The first electrode is arranged on the light former conversion layer. The second electrode is arranged under the light former conversion layer. The second electrode comprises the reflectance enhancement material. The reflectance enhancement material comprises the titanium oxide, the barium sulfate, and one among the aluminum oxide and zinc oxide.
