<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-acting collagen, or a natural face filling material having a long retention time and no biotoxicity, as a method for rejuvenating aged skin together with increase in age; and a method for preparing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The long-acting collagen is obtained by: rubbing off excessive tissues of pig skin; removing fats therefrom; swelling the tissues; hydrating them; centrifugally separating them; salting them out; collecting bottom sediments; freeze-drying them to obtain collagen; mixing the collagen with γ-polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA); simultaneously thereto, adding glutaraldehyde solution, uniformly agitating them and performing a first crosslinking; and repeatedly adding the glutaraldehyde solution, uniformly agitating them and performing a second crosslinking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
