<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed adhesive sheet excellent in both the foaming uniformity and the tackiness, and to provide a method for efficiently manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing the foamed adhesive sheet 6, a composition which comprises 10-90 wt.% of a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer (A), 90-10 wt.% of a tackifier (B) (the sum of component (A) and component (B) is set to 100 wt.%), and 1-5 pts.wt. of a heat-expandable microcapsule-type foaming agent (C) based on 100 pts.wt. of the sum of component (A) and component (B) is expansion-molded at 170-250°C with an extruder 1 having a T-die 2.
