BRAKE FLUID PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform function inspection of a pressure-control valve at the normal state of a brake system regarding a brake fluid pressure control device for a vehicle provided with function for assisting braking operation by a driver of the vehicle and function for controlling braking force given to a wheel.

SOLUTION: A selector valve 22 and a pressure sensor 23-2are provided on a fluid pressure route 26 of a mechanical pressure-control system of the brake fluid pressure control device having the mechanical pressure-control system 6 provided with an assisting means 5 for adjusting a feeding liquid pressure from a fluid pressure source 9 to a value according to an operation amount of a brake operation member 1 by the pressure-control valve 4 and outputting it; and an electrical pressure-control system 13 for adjusting the fluid pressure fed from the fluid pressure source 9 to a braking force generation means 10 based on instruction from an electronic control device 25. Further, an inspection part 27 for inspecting pressure-control function of the pressure-control valve 4 by monitoring a ratio of an output fluid pressure of the pressure-control valve 4 and an output fluid pressure of the fluid pressure generation device 3 at the normal state of the brake system and comparing it with a ratio to the pre-set pressure is provided.
