<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce display defect caused by the temperature rise of a plasma display panel. <P>SOLUTION: The display panel apparatus includes a plasma display panel having a screen with a plurality of scanning electrodes arranged thereon, and a chassis with the plasma display panel stuck thereon. Between the plasma display panel and the chassis, a plurality of heat conductive sheets having different thermal conductivity are arranged side by side along the direction of arranging the scanning electrodes. The thermal conductivity of heat conductive sheets arranged on the side where the timing of applying scanning pulses is late is made larger than the thermal conductivity of heat conductive sheets arranged on the side where the timing of applying scanning pulses is early. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
