<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a plurality of color filters hardly peeled from an insulating film even if the plurality of color filters are arranged on the insulating film covering a topmost wiring layer in a photoelectric conversion device. <P>SOLUTION: This photoelectric conversion device comprises: a semiconductor substrate wherein a plurality of photoelectric conversion sections containing a plurality of first photoelectric sections and a plurality of second photoelectric conversion sections are arranged both in a row direction and in a column direction; a multi-layer wiring structure arranged on the semiconductor substrate which specifies an aperture region for each of the plurality of photoelectric conversion sections; a first color filter layer 210; and a second color filter layer 220. The multi-layer wiring structure contains the topmost wiring layer that specifies the contour of the aperture region for each of the photoelectric conversion sections; and an insulating film 5 arranged to cover the topmost wiring layer.
