摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-source unit that suppresses unevenness of luminance on an emission surface while reducing a distance between a light-emitting part and the emission surface in a lens in which the emission surface has a diameter two times or more larger than that of the light-emitting part of a light-source part, and to provide a lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: The light-source unit 1 is configured such that light from a light-emitting part 24 is made incident from an incident part 51 of a lens 5 to a light-incident part 54 of the lens 5. Then, a lot of light made incident to the light-incident part 54 is made incident obliquely to a boundary face 53 formed in an almost spindle shape in the light-incident part 54 as shown by arrows. Consequently, an angle of a light path in a light control part 55 is tilted further to the side of the light-emitting part 24 than that of a light path of the light before being made incident to the boundary face 53, so that the light path in the light control part is expanded outwardly.
