<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressed body for use in the casings of mobile electric equipment or the like, which has acute corner. <P>SOLUTION: The pressed body F is made by press-forming a metallic sheet 1 and is the casing provided with a top plate 20 and sidewalls 21 which are erected from the top plate 10. The outside bend radius R of the corners 22 connecting the outside surface 20o of the top plate 20 to the outside surfaces 21o of the sidewalls 21 is not larger than the thickness t of the metallic sheet 1. The pressed body F is formed by multistage warm press working. In the first press working, a pressed material P having an inside bend radius r<SB>0</SB>in the corner 12 of substantially 0 mm is formed by using a punch 53 having a bend radius Rp in the shoulder part of substantially 0 mm. In the second press working, the pressed body F having the corner 22 of R≤t by using a stepped punch 55 for pressing the end faces 11e in the sidewalls 11 of the pressed body P and the inside corner 12i of the pressed material P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
