<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of prevention of bird strike to a wind turbine generator by enabling real time tracking of a missile flying at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: A dangerous zone (11) expressed with three dimensional coordinate is preset around the wind turbine generator (20), an image of the missile (30) is picked up by using three of X-, Y-, and Z-axis image pick-up means (12), (13), (14) which pick up image from an outside of the dangerous zone (11) and of which image pick-up directions cross perpendicularly in three dimensions of X-, Y- and Z-axis. Two dimensional images of the missile (30) on YZ-, ZX- and XY-axis coordinate surfaces (15), (16), (17) are tracked and measured by an image processing device (18) based on image data picked up by the three image pick-up means, two dimensional coordinates and velocities of the missile (30) are calculated, and it is predicted and determined whether the missile (30) enter the dangerous zones (11) on the YZ-, ZX- and XY-axis coordinate surfaces (15), (16), (17) based on the calculated YZ-, ZX- and XY-axis coordinates and velocities of the missile (30). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
