<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an established cell line from a canine histocytic sarcoma tissue or histocytosis tissue: and to elucidate the character of the histocytic sarcoma tissue or histocytosis tissue by using such the established cell line. <P>SOLUTION: By culturing and establishing canine subcutaneous tumor, and tumor cells of peripheral blood and bone marrow, suspected to be the histocytic sarcoma or histocytosis tissue, the above problems can be solved.
