<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking device realizing a temperature retention control function for suppressing a failure such as an abnormal rise of oil temperature by preventing a control action for wrong determination that cooking load is input in spite of there being no foodstuff loading. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooking device includes a heating coil 6, a controlling means 8 for controlling power conducting of the heating coil, a plate 3 for loading a pan 1 to be induction-heated by the heating coil 6, a temperature detecting means 7 for detecting the temperature of the pan 1 and sending the detected temperature signal to the controlling means 8, and a time measuring means 10 for measuring time and sending the measured time signal to the controlling means 8. The controlling means 8 have the time measuring means 10 measure a passing time from stoppage of heating by the heating coil 6 till re-starting of heating so as to set up the power conducting time of the heating coil after restarting of heating in accordance with the measured value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
