<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water jet machining device including a function to detect the concentration of abrasive grains mixed in machining water. <P>SOLUTION: This water jet machining device includes a workpiece holding means for holding a workpiece and a machining water injection means for injecting the machining water mixed with abrasive grains in the workpiece held with the workpiece holding means. The machining water injection means includes a machining water delivery means for delivering the machining water mixed with the abrasive grains and a nozzle for injecting the machining water delivered from the machining water delivery means.
