PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique concerning a document case capable of decreasing bending and folding of documents when the amount of stored documents is limited while having a simpler configuration than before, and ensuring a sufficient storage amount when the amount of stored documents is large. SOLUTION: The document case comprises a box-like body part, and a holding part provided in the inner part of the body part and holding stored documents when the amount of stored documents is limited, wherein the holding part is composed of a deformable plate member provided at the inner side of the body so as to straddle one corner part of the body part, the holding part forms a non-holding posture thereby the holding part abuts on the one corner part during non-holding time when the amount of documents stored in the body part is large and it is unnecessary to hold the documents stored in the body part, and the holding part forms a holding posture thereby the holding part departs from the one corner part to hold the stored documents at the holding time when the amount of documents stored in the body part is limited and the documents stored in the body part is to be pressed.
