PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time to prohibit data transmission in a wireless transmitter device which sets data transmission stop period to stop data transmission for a minimum data transmission stop period or more for each period having a maximum data transmission period as an upper limit when transmitting data to a wireless receiver device. SOLUTION: The wireless transmitter device performs data transmission to the wireless receiver device. The wireless transmitter device includes: a means to measure a data transmission period from the start of data transmission after the wireless transmitter device is started or after a data transmission stop period elapses; a means to measure the time of a data transmission stop period; and a means to control prohibition of data transmission by the wireless transmitter device based on the measured data transmission period and the measured data transmission stop period.
