摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain further miniaturization of a motive power transmission mechanism of an engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a crank case 5, a crankshaft 10, a balancer shaft 14, a main shaft 20, a counter shaft 25 and a bevel gear shaft 42 are arranged in parallel, and an output shaft 46 cooperated with the bevel gear shaft 42 is arranged so as to be perpendicular to the respective shafts. A balancer weight 15 for denying vibration of the engine is provided on the balancer shaft 14. The counter shaft 25 is arranged such that a low speed gear 26 to be driven of the largest diameter provided on it is overlapped with the balancer weight 15.
