<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of noise and deterioration in lens position precision caused by vibration generated due to engagement play between a lens holding member and a bar member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Optical equipment includes a first lens holding member 4 which holds a first movable lens L4 and moves along an optical axis, actuators 41 and 63 which drives the first lens holding member along the optical axis, bar members 65 and 66 which are engaged with the first lens holding member and guide the first lens holding member to the optical axis or stops the first lens holding member from rotating, an actuator/bar holding member 6 which holds the actuators and has a bar support portion 6a for supporting the bar members, second lens holding members 1 and 2 which hold a second movable lens and moves along the optical axis, and a lens barrel member 7 which supports the second lens holding members 1 and 2 movably along the optical axis.
