PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector which is lightweight compared with metal collecting foil, capable of taking the form of any shape even if the collector holds a conductive material, especially a conductive filler such as metal powder, required to secure electron conductivity of the collector, and especially suitable for a bipolar secondary battery. SOLUTION: In this collector having an organic structure 1 serving as its framework and a conductive material 2, the organic structure 1 is a porous structure, and has a structure having a number of holes communicating with each other in its film thickness direction, the conductive material 2 composed of a conductive filler 2a and a binding polymer (binder) 2b is filled in the holes, and electron conductivity at least in the thickness direction is thereby expressed.
